Ford seems to like long introductions of its models. We first saw the sixth-generation Mustang personally in Sydney, Australia, back in December 2013. It was a coordinated global reveal, and from that initial impression, the new Mustang was already showing a lot of promise.
Last night, April 23, after having gradually given more details over time, Ford Philippines formally launched the Mustang here in our country. It was a rock 'n' roll-themed event, with rock bands, drinks and bar chow. Four Mustang generations were on display, providing a genetic link to the biggest rock star of the show.
