We’re big on concepts here at Top Gear PH. And we’re simple gearheads, too. We see a nice sketch, we press like.
And quite recently, we’ve been treated to a series of interesting truck concepts from General Motors. GM Design just shared a few of its designers’ sketches on its official Instagram page, and we’re all for it. Featured were Chevrolet, GMC, and even Cadillac pickup concepts, and we’ve picked five to show you here.
The one above is from Cadillac exterior designer Joe Boniface. It’s a burly six-wheeler which appears to be called the Denali, and boy does it look menacing. Check out the official post below:
This next one is from another Cadillac designer, Andrew McMillan. The sketch doesn’t show the name of the vehicle, but it does bear a Cadillac badge up front.
The third is a GMC concept truck from Karan Moorjani. It’s an angry-looking off-road machine that would certainly be an interesting thing to see in the metal.
Fourth is a military Chevy truck concept from Tyler Moffett. We reckon troops wouldn’t mind roving in this beast.
Last is Zac Parkinson’s Advanced GMC Concept. Advanced would be a fitting word, because this one’s arguably the most futuristic-looking sketch among all five.
What do you think of these renders? Which of these would you like to see General Motors bring to life? Tell us in the comments. And since you’re already here, we also took the liberty of taking more cool sketches from GM Design’s page and adding them below. Enjoy.
