Notice anything unusual about this Porsche Taycan? Correct! It’s not wearing a front number plate, which means it’ll no doubt get pulled over by the police in its native Sweden the second it hits the road. Nightmare.
Oh yeah, and it’s covered in 73 spikes that protrude out of its standard bodywork, which, one suspects, might also be an impediment to its roadworthiness.
Anyway, what this actually is is a Taycan art car designed by Fabian Bergmark Näsman for Porsche’s creative festival, ‘Scopes,’ in Stockholm.

We’re told that the spikes are a signature bit of sculpture for Näsman, and he was apparently inspired by thorny caterpillars and assassin bugs. Makes sense.
The free-to-enter festival took place at the end of May, and Näsman’s Taycan stood in the middle of an indoor pond that was surrounded by foliage and shrouded in fog.
Reckon this is something Porsche should consider for the Taycan’s first facelift?
