Volvo Philippines has announced that it is now offering customers its new Online Concierge program to make buying and servicing Volvo vehicles a safer and more convenient experience during these uncertain times. Through this service, owners and potential buyers can receive online technical and car-buying assistance from their own personal Volvo concierge.
The Online Concierge, the brand says, makes buying a Volvo from the comfort of your own home possible through online sales tools and video conferencing, with the delivery of brand-new units possible as soon as modified enhanced community quarantine measures are lifted. Timely, considering the brand offers a lineup of hybrid offerings just when people are once again realizing the benefits of having clean air.
“Lately, we also see a trend in buyer interest on cleaner and greener cars, including our range of plug-in hybrid vehicles,” Chris Yu, Volvo Philippines marketing director, says in a statement. “They want to switch to Volvos that emit low to zero emissions when they go back to the new normal.”
Aside from the Online Concierge service, Volvo Philippines is now implementing safety measures—such as the enforcement of social-distancing guidelines, temperature checks, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)—in its establishments and facilities. All vehicles for servicing will also be disinfected free of charge, and the company is also offering its 24/7 roadside assistance service to customers with warranties that expired during the pandemic.
“Volvo has always been about safety. Now, more than ever, we at Volvo Philippines resolve to fulfill our mission to deliver freedom of movement in a safe, sustainable, and personal way,” says Attorney Alberto Arcilla, Volvo Philippines CEO.
You can access the brand’s Online Concierge service via the Volvo Philippines Facebook page, or through mobile phone: (0917)-623-6366 for sales, (0922)-859-3216 for service. Is buying a car online something you’d be willing to give a try?
