With the additional rise in fuel costs, we thought to expand on our list of electric vehicles that are available here in the Philippines. Before this, we compiled four fully electric cars that cost less than P1 million—and for today, we’ve found five more options.
These vehicles are all priced under P2 million, and come in several form factors. At this price point, buyers will be getting more space, driving range, and performance.

You’ll also find quite a few BYD models on this list, and really, we could have filled this with models from the Chinese brand. Tesla, however, has gotten even more competitive over the last year, and we’ve found an ol’ reliable from MG. Let us know what electric vehicle you’d add to this in the comments below.

1) BYD Atto 3 Dynamic

The BYD Atto 3 has been one of the best-selling electric vehicles in the Philippines, and for good reason. With a starting price of P1.598 million, it delivers over 400km in driving range, while putting out around 201hp and 310Nm of torque.
2) Tesla Model 3 Standard

Tesla Philippines reinvigorated its competitiveness after launching the Model 3 Standard with a P1.838 million sticker price. That will get buyers 534km in driving range and full access to the Tesla ownership experience.
3) BYD Seal Advanced

If you told us maybe two years ago that there would be two rear-wheel-drive and somewhat performance-oriented battery EVs available on our market for less than P2 million, we would’ve called you crazy. But BYD and Tesla have delivered. This particular Seal comes in at P1.998 million, and is advertised with 510km of driving range.
4) MG 4 Standard

MG Philippines introduced this electric hatchback a couple of years ago, but we believe it still has a place in 2026—especially with its P1.469 million price. That would make it the most affordable electric car on this list. MG claims the 4 Standard can drive up to 350km on a full charge, but other variants are packed with larger batteries and more range.
5) BYD eMax 7 Standard

We know—another BYD? But hear us out: This might be one of the best-valued electric vehicles on the market today. Priced at P1.498 million, the eMax 7 is a fully electric seven-seater MPV with over 400km in driving range. Heck, even the Superior Captain variant comes in at well under P2 million.
