If you had a Honda kei truck and a Suzuki Hayabusa—two blank canvases for bonkers customizations—sitting in your garage, what would you do? If you’re like the boys from CboysTV, there’s only one correct answer: put them together.
These guys got a perfectly working Busa in pretty good shape, wrecked the crap out of it off-road—something you might have seen before—took the engine out, and put it on the back of the tiny Honda truck. The result, of course, is nothing short of insane. Remember that Hayabusa-powered Piaggio Ape? Similar, but cleaner, and arguably wilder.

The Hayabusa’s 1,340cc in-line-four engine was rated at about 190hp straight from the factory. For comparison, the truck supposedly did 29hp. The four-banger was positioned at the rear of the cabin, along with the stock exhaust system and fuel tank. This was supposedly done to keep the engine running with as many stock parts as possible.
The truck is also rear-driven—so yes, burnouts and donuts galore—but configuring the drivetrain was the most painstaking part of the build. Kudos to these guys, though, because not only did they make it work with just a few hiccups here and there, but they also made sure to keep the truck looking fresh with that Sexy Red (the name of the truck) paint, the tint, and even the new wheels.
This is easily one of the most ridiculous builds we’ll probably ever see on YouTube this year. If anyone’s up to the challenge of topping this one, by all means, have a go. We wouldn’t mind seeing more high-revving, ear-shattering tiny trucks like this one. Anyway, you can watch the full build and the track day that ensued below.
