At long last, fuel prices will go down this coming week. The adjustments won’t fully undo the past month’s price hikes, but it’s a start, we guess.
For the period of July 16 to 22, 2024, gasoline prices will decrease by P0.60 per liter, after four weeks of consecutive price increases yielded a cumulative increase of P4.80/L. Diesel prices will go down by P0.95 per liter, after also increasing by a total of P4.80/L over the past month. Finally, kerosene will have a price rollback of P1.15 per liter.
