X-Tomi Design— known for turning sedans into wagons and sports coupes into convertibles—is back with yet another rework of another popular car: the Kia EV6.
And yes, though we don’t have it here, the EV6 actually is quite popular right now. It recently bagged the European Car of the Year award, beating its electric cousin the Hyundai Ioniq 5 as well as the Renault Mégane E-Tech Electric, among others.
Now what X-Tomi Design did here was simple: He took the crossover-slash-hatch-looking EV, deleted the rear seats, and turned it into a bona fide three-door. The look actually suits the EV6, and judging by the rendered image, the vehicle hasn’t lost much of its size, either.

As with the rest of the X-Tomi Design’s works, though, this doesn’t come with any hypothetical mechanical changes. But seeing as the standard GT version can do 0-100kph in well under 4sec, we think a smaller body like this could easily result in even faster sprints. Perhaps it could even improve the EV’s maximum range, too.
So, do you think Kia should consider building a three-door version of the EV6?
