Fuel prices are back on the upward trend this week with prices of gasoline, diesel, and kerosene all scheduled to increase. The week of November 19 saw some reprieve in fuel prices for the first time in three weeks, but that was short-lived as price adjustments are going up across the board.
From November 26 to December 2, 2024, gasoline prices will go up by P1.15 per liter, negating its previous P0.85 decrease. The price of diesel will also increase by P1.10 per liter, and kerosene prices will be go up by P0.80 per liter.

Once these adjustments take effect, gasoline and diesel prices will have gone up by P10.45/L and P9.75/L, respectively, since the beginning of 2024. Meanwhile, kerosene prices will have had a net decrease of P1.50/L since the start of the year.
If you want to save up on fuel costs, remember that fuel prices may vary depending on location and the brand of the fuel station; it might be cheaper somewhere along your regular route than near your place of residence or work.
