Fuel prices continue to yoyo: Following last week’s price hikes, we’re up for a price rollback this time around..
For the period of August 27 to September 2, 2024, gasoline prices will go down by P1.15 per liter. Diesel prices will also decrease by P1.90 per liter, while kerosene will have a price rollback of P1.85 per liter.

Once these adjustments take effect, gasoline and diesel prices will have gone up by P6.90/L and P4.05/L, respectively, since the beginning of 2024. Meanwhile, kerosene prices will have had a net decrease of P4/L since the start of the year.
If you want to save up on fuel costs, remember that fuel prices may vary depending on location and the brand of the fuel station; it might be cheaper somewhere along your regular route than near your place of residence or work.
