Following the reopening of most of its dealerships across the country, Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) has now restarted operations in its production facility in Santa Rosa, Laguna.
Production resumed on May 18, 2020, after the carmaker conducted precautionary measures to ensure safety and adherence to protocols. Currently, the number of workers on duty is within the 50% cap mandated by the government for manufacturing activities under the modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ), with operations following a single-shift schedule.
As of this writing, 66 of TMP’s 70-strong dealer network have reopened its doors to customers, who are encouraged to set an appointment before visiting their preferred facility. They may do so via the new MyToyotaPH online tool, or by contacting the dealer directly. The dealers’ directory may be found here.
In addition, TMP has announced that the following service centers are now open to customers:
- Toyota Alabang Service Center
- Toyota Shaw Service Center
- Toyota North EDSA Service Center
- Toyota Davao Body and Paint Center
- Toyota Negros Occidental Service Center
We’ll give you more updates as we get them. You may also access TMP’s ‘Here for You’ support hub, or visit its official social media pages for further information.
