We’ve been lucky so far this month—we’re in for a second consecutive week of fuel price rollbacks. That said, it’s still not enough to reverse all the price hikes in the latter part of June.

From July 8 to 14, 2025, gasoline prices will again go down by P0.70 per liter, after last week’s P1.40/L rollback. Diesel prices, meanwhile, will decrease by just P0.10 per liter, after the previous P2.60/L deduction. Finally, kerosene prices will have a rollback of 0.80 per liter.

Once these adjustments take effect, gasoline and diesel prices will have gone up by P8.30/L and P9.95/L, respectively, since the beginning of 2025. Meanwhile, kerosene will have had an overall increase of P1.05/L for the year thus far.

If you want to save up on fuel costs, remember that fuel prices may vary depending on location and the brand of the fuel station; it might be cheaper somewhere along your regular route than near your place of residence or work. Is your car consuming more fuel than usual? Here’s one thing to check. While we’re at it, here are the signs your fuel injectors could be failing.
