We know we don’t endear ourselves to car brands whenever we publish scoops or speculative stories on their upcoming launches. Well, Toyota Motor Philippines and Lexus Philippines just eliminated seven potential stories from our content plan by revealing all the models they’re launching in 2026.
Let’s start with the upcoming Toyotas first. The country’s best-selling automotive brand—with 229,447 units sold in 2025—will bring in five new cars this year: the Urban Cruiser, the all-new RAV4, the LC300 HEV, the Land Cruiser FJ, and the all-new Hilux.

Three of these models have either received their homologation papers from the Land Transportation Office (LTO) or appeared on the list of approved electric vehicles published by the Department of Energy (DOE); those would be the Urban Cruiser, the LC300 HEV, and the RAV4. We expect to see one (or all) of them at the Philippine International Motor Show this June.

Meanwhile, the Land Cruiser FJ and the ninth-generation Hilux will likely arrive in the second half of the year. Both models were launched in the fourth quarter of 2025 and caused quite a stir: The ‘FJ’ name has a long-time following, after all, while the Hilux, which gets electrified powertrains for the first time, divided opinions due to its rather futuristic design.

For sedan lovers, Lexus Philippines 2026 offerings should be welcome news. The incoming IS is the facelifted version revealed in 2025, while the ES is a full model change.
That’s what we have so far. As always, we’ll keep you posted whenever we get updates, but for now, which of these models are you most looking forward to? Let us know in the comments.
