As July ends and August begins, fuel prices will see some mixed movement, with diesel vehicle owners being at a disadvantage—but not by much.

From July 29 to August 4, 2025, gasoline prices will decrease by a scant P0.10 per liter, barely making a dent on the previous increases. Diesel prices, meanwhile, will go up by another P0.60 per liter, following the previous P1.10/L rise Finally, kerosene prices will have a price hike of 0.40 per liter.
